We are committed in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with us.

For most products, our returns policy provides you with 20 days from ship date of your order (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to request a return on any defective item or item shipped in error. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.

You will receive a full refund of item's price and totally free return shipping cost in most of cases as far as you return the product under the following rules:

• The item must be in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable)
• The return requires a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.
• The item must display an Original intact UPC barcode (Product Serial Number) where applicable. Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Biva.com® Return Policy.

Products that are returned to Biva.com® which don't match the rules described previously will be partially reimbursed or refused RMA service and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

You should expect to receive your refund from Biva.com® within four weeks. This time period includes every steps of return processing. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment as far as possible. See our Refund Policy page for more details. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
